i was worried about the wool i am using so made a small swatch ( lazy me ---- its really a small swatch )
blocked it and nothing happened. the shopkeeper had scared me that the pure wool will not tolerate water?????

so now i am not so worried




started this one on 15th of August, and its progressing okay till now. clicking the snap was some task as i had to first slip the stiches to a spare circular needle and then pin it out. then undo all that coz the background was dark so i put a light colored cloth and went thru all the process again and here is the photo. i hope its worth the effort.

pfft...wool washes just fine. You just have to avoid using two extreme temps during the process ( no hot wash, and then cold rinse)...you also need to avoid alot of friction or agitation. Most of my wool washes up nicer than my acrylics.
